Glycosylation profiles of cystatin F alter the cytotoxic potential of NK cells

Colleagues at B3 Emanuela Senjor, Milica Perišić Nanut, Jerica Sabotič and Janko Kos published an article entitled “Different glycosylation profiles of cystatin F alter the cytotoxic potential of natural killer cells” in the journal Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences. The article shows that changing the N-glycosylation of cystatin F significantly affects its localization (within cytotoxic granules or secretion from the cells), which has a significant impact on the cytotoxicity of natural killer cells.
