Cystatin F acts as a mediator of immune suppression in glioblastoma

Members of Department Emanuela Senjor, Milica Perišić Nanut, Ana Mitrović and Janko Kos recently published a paper entitled: Cystatin F acts as a mediator of immune suppression in glioblastoma in Cellular Oncology ( IF = 6,73). The paper shows that elevated cystatin F levels in glioblastoma tumor microenvironment (from immune, glioblastoma, or glioblastoma stem-like cells) may have an impact on decreased susceptibility of glioblastoma cells to NK cytotoxicity.
